Prior to any assessment session, it is important to ensure your iPads are configured correctly to ensure an optimum experience.
Note: Ensure the Assess app is up to date to the latest version on both iPads. If not up to date, please update first via the Apple App Store on both iPad devices. Any mismatch can potentially cause connection issues during your assessment session.
Additionally please run a System Health Check on the Assess app, checking all indicators show green ticks, please see section 28 of our video guide on instructions on how to do this.
