Training Partner Program (TPP)

As a member of the Training Partner Program (TPP), we offer you sound, useful, timely tools and resources that contribute to the knowledge base of your professional field and help you train future generations of professionals.
Members of our TPP benefit from online access to some of our most widely recognised and gold standard Psychology and Allied Health Assessments. Access is offered via our dedicated Digital Assessment Library For Universities packages. Our Q-global and Q-interactive digital platforms ensure easy access to assessment content for both you and your cohort anytime, anywhere.
The TPP is based on the principles of active partnership, ongoing dialogue and practical support, with an eye towards making it easier for members to more effectively fulfill their teaching and training roles.
The TPP applies to accredited degree-granting academic programs, BPS, RCSLT, RCOT and SEN approved post-doctoral certification programs, and campus-based training clinics. Please note that the TPP is available to centres in the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

- The TPP applies to accredited degree-granting academic programs, BPS, RCSLT, RCOT and SEN approved post-doctoral certification programs, and campus-based training clinics. Please note that the TPP is available to centres in the United Kingdom only.
- Materials purchased under the TPP are only to be used for training purposes. Trainers/supervisors must purchase materials to be used in non-training related activities at the regular rates. Periodic audits will be conducted. Membership will be discontinued if this policy is violated by a training site or representative.
- The TPP offers a 40% discount on paper test materials that are not available digitally and published by Pearson Clinical Assessment to qualified, approved TPP members.
- Products that Pearson Clinical Assessment distributes, but does not publish, do not qualify for the TPP discount. Should you have questions about products that qualify, please contact Customer Support on 0345 630 8888.
- The teaching professional or clinic director must meet the Pearson user qualification requirements for the tests requested under the TPP. For more information, please visit Pearson Qualification Levels. TPP members will only be able to purchase those instruments for which they qualify. (A qualifications review is part of the application process).
- The reproduction or translation of tests is prohibited under the TPP.
- For Q-Global™ class packs, each student for whom access is requested shall be provided with two gratis report credits per test and free of charge digital assets (if available).
- For additional Q-global reporting and scoring to point 7, the standard annual subscription fees and reports are available at a 40% savings, as long as the materials are being used under the TPP.
- Once approved for the TPP, the dedicated order forms must be used to order under the TPP. Usages purchased under special pricing cannot be consumed beyond the expiration date of the licence or roster. Consequently, digital usages purchased under TPP cannot be rolled over from one full year to another.
- Retrospective TPP requests are not honoured. Returns, credits, or exchanges are subject to our standard policies.
- Standard UK Shipping charges apply to all physical items ordered.
- TPP membership remains current for one year. Members will be required to reapply annually.
- When purchasing under the TPP, a University PO or University-issued credit card is accepted for payment.
- All orders must include the discount code to ensure that the discount is applied. You will be notified of the discount code when you are accepted into the TPP via a letter or email communication.
