The new Q-interactive Assess 2.0 app is here! Here’s what you need to do to transition to Assess 2.0:

  1. Remove completed, synced cases from the legacy Assess app.
  2. Delete the legacy Assess app.
  3. Install the new Assess app.
  4. Log in to the new Assess app and download the content.
  5. Access the online training and practice mode.

Complete your transition to the updated app by 26th April 2024 - the original app will not be usable after this date.

Renew your licence 

Q-interactive renewal pricing consists of an annual licence for each user, along with a number of subtest credits (minimum purchase order 150). Subtest credit usage is via a pre-pay method, in which you continue to estimate the total subtests you may require for the licence year and pay upfront. Any subtest credits that may have been purchased in the previous licence year and have yet to be used will roll over into the new licence year.  

Some additional materials may be needed for administration (e.g. blocks, response booklets etc).

iPad Pre-assessment Checklist

Prior to any assessment session, it is important to ensure your iPads are configured correctly to ensure an optimum experience.

Note: Ensure the Assess app is up to date on both iPads. The latest app version is currently 3.24. If not up to date, please update first via the Apple App Store on both iPad devices. Any mismatch can potentially cause connection issues during your assessment session.
