Will I be charged for my call?
There's no charge if you listen through your computer but, failing that, you will only be charged the same price as a local or national call (depending on your location) if you listen via your telephone.
If there isn't a phone number for your location, please either use the VOIP option (ie listen through your computer) or one of the other international numbers (charged at your call provider's international rate).
Can I listen to the presentation through my computer?
Yes, you can listen to the presentation through your computer. However, we advise that you check your computer sound before the session. We'd also recommend a headset or earphones if you are in a shared office.
What do I do if I have trouble accessing a webinar?
This system requirements page provides some information which may help you troubleshoot.

Please note: If no-one has attended the webinar within 10 minutes of the start time, we will cancel the webinar. So if you are delayed logging into the webinar and can't hear/see anything, it might be that the webinar has been cancelled. If you are running late and still intend to join, please email email@example.com.
Is there a limit on the number of attendees?
Yes, there is a limit on the number of attendees for each webinar, and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Most of our webinars are recorded and you will be sent the link to the recording if you registered for the webinar. If you require any further advice, please do contact your Area Sales Consultant.

Will I be able to watch the webinar again?
Many, but not all of our webinars are recorded so you can watch them again. You will find the recordings/slides that we are able to share on our recordings page.
