Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre

Helen Arkell offer a range of services and courses for education professionals, designed to increase their knowledge and understanding of individuals with dyslexia and how to support them. They offer Level 5 and Level 7 courses and CPD for specialist teachers and specialist assessors, enabling them to maintain their Practising Certificates. Helen Arkell also provide tailored inset sessions and a professional summer school.You can find a full list of their courses here:



Communicate-ed specialises in the training of education professionals who work in the area of special needs.

They offer a range of special educational needs training courses, particularly those dealing with Examination Access Arrangements, all of which are available online.

Real Training 

Real Training is the leading provider of the BPS Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (Level A). Courses are available online, intensively face to face, by a licence (for example through Dyslexia Action) and bespoke for Local Authorities.
