As an existing Q-interactive and/or Q-global customer, you have your own dedicated Customer Success Consultant. They are available to support your digital subscriptions and can also support you with print options too. Free Q&A sessions and walkthroughs can be arranged by appointment.

Becky Ford | Customer Success Consultant
Hi, my name is Becky, and I am one of the Customer Success Consultants here at Pearson Clinical UK. I have five years’ experience in a Customer Services role within Pearson Clinical, but since December 2021 I have worked in the Customer Success team, with my focus on our digital platforms - Q-interactive and Q-global. I support our customers with everything and anything digital, to ensure they get the most out of our digital solutions!
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, mainly walking my pug, Skittles! My husband and I have a motorhome, which we love to travel around both the UK and Europe in, especially The Netherlands and Belgium. We take Skittles with us everywhere we go, he even has his own passport.

Munashe Mashongamhende | Customer Success Consultant
Hello! my name is Munashe and I am one of the Customer Success Consultants here at Pearson Clinical UK. I've worked at Pearson in various roles since 2015 specifically with our digital platforms including Q-interactive and Q-global. The Success team supports our customers with on-boarding and training on Q-global and Q-interactive, to ensure you get the most out of our digital solutions! We work very closely with the Assessment Consultants, so feel free to get in touch for a discussion about our digital offering.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family and exercising. I’m a people person and enjoy socialising with my diverse groups of friends, travelling and experiencing new cultures.
