Any action on any claim against Pearson Assessment must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or shall be deemed waived.


9. Offers from Pearson Education Ltd

Offers or discounts from Pearson Education Ltd (which includes Heinemann, Ginn, Rigby, Raintree, Payne Gallway and MyPrimary) do not apply to any Pearson Assessment products. 50% discount on school accounts that have a child of an employee attending does not apply to Pearson Assessment products.
