Child Language

Our range of Child Language Assessments includes tools that measure and/or screen for reception and expressive language skills, dyslexia, communication difficulties, phonological awareness and basic concepts. Key authors who have published assessment tools within this field include Dorothy Bishop, Angela Fawcett, and Rod Nicolson to name but a few.

A number of these assessments (e.g, TOWRE-2) can be used for access arrangement applications and have been used in research projects (CELF-4 UK), for example Talk of the Town run by The Communication Trust.
